Empowering Youth & Parents
Our Mission is to prevent alcohol and drug abuse among adolescents through a science-based curriculum that empowers youth and their parents to make informed, healthy choices.

Our Approach
Gone are the days of the ineffective "just say no" philosophy. Our curriculum centers around the motto "delay, delay, delay." In all of our lessons we teach students about the reward center of the teen brain so they learn how substances can “hijack" this critical system and impact the brain's development. Because of our science-based approach, students walk away from our lessons with the understanding that the longer they delay using substances, the better it is for their bodies and brains. You can learn more about our approach by listening to NPR/KQED's investigative piece featuring our program below.
